There are many ways to get involved
with our organization.
Advocacy
We can all be involved in advocacy of the bleeding disorder
community. This can be by participating in Washington Days or
Statehouse days. These are specific days set up during year to
go and have everyone talk to your legislators and let them know your
story and why important changes need to be made. You can also
contact your legislators with letters and phone calls.
Become a member
Join us in continuing the Chapter’s tradition of excellence in
supporting the bleeding disorders community by becoming a member
today. You may choose the level of support that is most
appropriate for you. Your membership dollars will not only
help offset the cost of the many services offered by the Chapter,
but will also contribute to ongoing research efforts on behalf of
the Foundation’s parent organization, The National Hemophilia
Foundation. Please review the Membership Form for
additional information and benefits of joining today.
Volunteering
Our programs and events would not be possible without our
volunteers. Volunteer opportunities can include being on a
committee or helping at an event. We need volunteers to help
in our office stuffing envelopes for mailing or newsletters.
If you are interested in volunteering please contact the chapter
office.
