Camp Njoyitall

All children like having fun. That’s why, at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, we’ve created a week-long overnight summer camp experience for all our patients with cancer, blood diseases and immune disorders. It’s an opportunity for kids ages 7-18 to develop new skills, form lasting friendships and build their self-esteem, all while having a great time. Perhaps the greatest benefit of camp is the opportunity for children to connect with others who are facing similar challenges.

“Hem / Onc Kids Camp” takes place at Joy Outdoor Education Center in Clarksville, Ohio. The staff works closely with the Cincinnati Children’s medical team to create a safe, supportive environment for children, no matter what their abilities. The camp provides:

Our program is a week long summer residential camp for children and adolescents ages 7-18 who are treated in the Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute (CBDI) at Children’s Hospital Medical Center.   Activities are designed so that all children can participate, and rehabilitation therapists are on hand to modify specific activities as needed. Campers are invited to bring along a sibling for the week of fun.

Summer camp is provided at no charge to families of the Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
